when you have to eat something quick
put two whole white washed potatos on a microwave plate cut the ends of two cheap onions, quarter the onions, put in microwave for 8 minutes, chop the potatos up with a table knife, remove and hold onion quarters with a fork while you remove the skins with pliers
add margarine drain a can of asparigus, green beans or carrots and pour it on top of the potatos, add a little more margarine and black pepper to taste
microwave again for two minutes and you have a delicious and satisfying go to meal
